Leadership Camps
Organize leadership camps to give impetus to building leadership abilities among the rural youth.
Promoting Girl Child Education
Offer financial support to girls through social (Volunteers) teachers who interact with families to convince them to send their daughters to school.
Infrastructure
Set up infrastructure for the promotion of physical education amongst the rural youth in the fields of Shooting, Lawn Tennis, Basketball, Chess, and Table Tennis.

Fostering Digital Readiness
This involves equipping individuals with digital knowledge, skills, and mindset and promoting digital literacy. An important part of fostering digital readiness is providing access to digital infrastructure. We believe that harnessing technology’s transformative potential for communities and promoting continuous learning and adaptability to embrace emerging technology has to be an ongoing effort.
STEM
Promotion of STEM activities among students of grades 3-12 in rural areas through Atal Tinkering Lab, partially supported by the Government of India.
AI Skilling Program
NHES makes AI accessible to all, empowering India's next generation with AI skills to bridge the digital divide. Partnered with Intel India, NHES offers comprehensive programs in machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and more, fostering AI integration in education and career development.
Capacity Building Program
"CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education)" in collaboration with Intel organizes capacity-building programs in AI education for teachers of classes 9 and 10. NHES has supported the program, upskilling thousands of teachers across India with essential AI skills.
Education Portal
Created to foster AI learning among students and teachers, the AI Education Portal is a comprehensive online platform developed by NHES in collaboration with Intel. It provides a wide range of educational resources, including videos, tutorials, and interactive modules.
Mentorship Program
In partnership with industry experts and professionals, we offer an AI Mentorship Program where students can receive personalized guidance and support in their AI learning journey. Mentors provide valuable insights and assist students in developing their AI projects.
AI Hackathons
NHES organizes AI Hackathons, bringing together students, educators, and AI enthusiasts to collaborate and solve real-world challenges using AI technologies. These hackathons provide a platform for hands-on learning, creativity, and innovation.
Curriculum Integration
NHES advocates for the integration of AI into the school curriculum, working closely with educational institutions and policymakers to develop AI-focused modules and activities that align with academic standards and promote AI literacy.
Outreach Programs
We conduct outreach programs in partnership with schools, community centers, and NGOs to raise awareness about AI, its impact, and its potential. These programs aim to reach underserved communities and ensure equal access to AI education opportunities.
AIOT Integration into School Curriculum
A collaborative effort involving Intel AI coaches, CBSE teachers, and tinkering experts resulted in the creation of a comprehensive manual on AIOT integration in school curriculum. The program involved 50 pilot schools that succeeded in integrating at least two AIOT-based lesson plans per class per month. These schools submitted workable lesson plans alongside videos, resulting in a compendium of 70 lesson plans that documented the technical aspects of AI and IoT integration. The successful program showcased potential access to quality education through the collaboration of competent teachers who developed these lesson plans.

AI Integration in Multi-disciplinary Pedagogies
NHES became the first organization to implement 'AI integration in multi-disciplinary pedagogies' in partnership with Intel and CBSE. The program facilitated the seamless integration of AI into subject teaching, empowering teachers to incorporate AI concepts effectively and inclusively. Furthermore, it laid the foundation for a comprehensive Capacity Building Program, designed to equip educators with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver AI education with proficiency.

NHES endeavored to significantly amplify AI readiness and democratize AI by creating a remarkable impact with 120% higher outreach achieved in the initial stage of AI integration in multi-disciplinary pedagogies.

NHES has been at the forefront of many community programs especially aimed at rural children of the age group 3-15 years. NHES operates two schools - The Olive Kid, Chandigarh and The Olive School, Thol, through which we help students prepare to take on the challenges of the 21st century. These institutions provide students with an excellent, academically challenging education in a diverse and supportive community committed to a common set of values. The Olive's mission is to foster in its students both the ability and the desire to make a positive difference in the world.
